All orders must be free from duplicate, fake, prohibited content, or any material that requires prior permission from a related organization.The entire responsibility for the content lies with the Printing Press or Channel Partner placing the order.If any printing agency is found—knowingly or unknowingly—submitting orders containing duplicate, fake, or prohibited material, their membership will be permanently terminated.
IMPORTANT : -The exact same color may not match with any previous print—whether printed by us or elsewhere, and regardless of the printing method (digital or offset). If you require consistent color matching for future reprints, we recommend saving a job profile with us.An additional charge will apply for job profiling.
I acknowledge that Shiv Graphics responsibility ends once the goods are dispatched from the company's godown.
For all products printed under club printing (such as visiting cards, ATM pouches, letterheads, envelopes, etc.), if a printing error is found in 5% to 50% of the sheets/cards, a proportionate discount will be offered. However, if the printing error exceeds 50%, only then will Shiv Graphics proceed with a reprint of the order.
In case your order is reprinted due to a printing error, the transportation charges for the reprinted goods will be borne by you.
I agree that in the event of any dispute, loss, or delay in the delivery of the product, the maximum liability of Shiv Graphics shall be limited to the value of the disputed product only.
Shiv Graphics reserves the full right to modify or cancel any membership or channel partner code at its sole discretion.
Shiv Graphics will be responsible only for payments made directly to its official bank account.
I hereby provide "No Objection" to "Shiv Graphics" for sending service/transactional related sms to me and my customers too.
